SIZING 

Sizing :

If you do not see your ring size online, please contact us. When placing an order please confirm your ring size with a reputable jeweler in your area. We offer one complimentary ring sizing for all custom purchases within one year of purchase (excluding shipping / delivery / charges). A fee will be charged after an initial resizing. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, resized, modified, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for items that have been modified or resized by another jeweler.

  • Certain ring styles, such as patterned bands and eternity bands, are not easily resized.

Product Lead Time :

Our products are made to order. Each item has a different lead time. Once an item ships, it should arrive in two to three business days within the United States, and five to ten business days internationally.

CARE

Cleaning and Care :

We want your McMurry Designs jewelry to always look flawless. Our jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewelry and preserve the shine, please follow these care instructions.

  • We advise you to wear your pieces after your beauty routine and other daily rituals including showering, lotion/perfume application, exercise, washing dishes, etc.

  • For necklaces, re-clasp the necklace after removing it to assure the chain does not tangle.

  • Regular cleanings with a mild dish soap, warm water, and a soft toothbrush will remove residue.

  • Avoid contact with harsh household chemicals and cleaners, especially chlorine.

  • Remove jewelry before bed, bathing, or swimming.

  • When not wearing your McMurry Designs jewelry, please store your item(s) in a jewelry box.

MAINTENANCE

Jewelry Maintenance :

  • Settings can loosen over time. We recommend an annual checkup with a jewelry professional. This can keep you informed of any areas of wear that might need attention i.e. prongs, bezel, settings to prevent any additional damage or loss.

  • It is natural for metal finishes to change over time (including matte finishes) due to normal daily wear. Contact us about the process of refinishing and cleaning your piece.

Repairs :

  • For a cost, we will repair items purchased from mcmurrydesigns.com due to accidental damages or normal wear and tear. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for items that have been modified or resized by another jeweler. Contact us for a quote.

Insurance : 

  • We encourage you to see your insurance professional for more information as soon as you have made your purchase to protect your valuable investment. We recommend you insure your new piece of jewelry for its replacement value.
